It's human nature. You want to show how smart you are and you see that your friends have replied to the question - like the one to the left here or the one to the right down below. Or your friends have liked or shared it. Perhaps even a brand or two (or ten) have shared it. I understand it. I do! You may even be tempted to share it as your brand.
This is where I tell you to fight the temptation. DON'T DO IT.
While some of these things are legit - most of the ones like the one to the left - are various like/comment/sharing farmers who are trying to get a Facebook page to a certain amount of interaction and likes/comments before they sell it to a Brand that then switches from whatever the title was before to their brand, thus taking over the likes, comments, etc. and rebranding it for their own uses. And while yes, this does have benefits due to the high interaction and it gets other posts seen more, in the end, you have to keep doing little stunts like these to get the same amount of views and interaction and it can be annoying and drive folks off.
Unless your page is one of those pages that creates these all the time, then by all means, continue. :)
Now, you can do unique things that you create like this on your own to try to encourage interaction with the understanding it may, or may not be shared by others and promote the way you want it to be promoted. The important thing is, make sure that whatever you are doing is relevant to your followers. If it's not relevant, they will be asking themselves why are you posting that and may eventually stop following all together.
